Registration

Please, register by using THIS LINK. Early bird registration was open till July 20, 2025 and is now closed. This was also the deadline for submitting an abstract for an oral presentation. Submitting an abstract for poster presentation will be possible till the end of the registration, September 10th.
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, which will also decide on abstracts chosen for oral presentations. All abstracts that applied for oral presentation but weren’t chosen will have an opportunity to present a poster.

Keep track of important dates:

Early bird registration and an end of abstract submission for oral presentations: July 20, 2025

Notification of oral presentation abstract acceptance till August 19, 2025

Registration ends: September 10, 2025

Notification of acceptance till September 16, 2025

Conference: October 1-3, 2025

Participation fees

Participation fees include:

• admission to all scientific sessions;

• entrance to the poster and exhibition area;

• name badge and conference material;

• all lunches and coffee breaks during the conference.

Further information about the Gala dinner will be provided later; those who apply for it will receive information via email, but it will also be published on the conference website. Please, take into account that the Gala dinner will have a separate charge.

The participation fee should be paid after the notification of successful registration is received via email indicated on the registration form. Notification about abstract acceptance and invoice will also be provided via email. The invoice will be provided to the participants only upon request. Please contact us at info cbm2025@lu.lv and give us the institution's details (name, address, VAT or registration number if applicable) to generate an invoice for you.
